This illustration was a personal project. It's a portrait of a non-playable character from the video game, Genshin Impact. In the game, he was never named, but by the fandom, his name is Tomo (short form of the Japanese word 友達 / 'tomodachi' meaning 'friend' as he was the late friend of one of the playable game characters).
